The whisky is then FINISHED IN CASKS SEASONED
WITH GUATEMALAN RUM, carefully selected for
their light, zesty character and subtle tropical influence.
THIS CONTROLLED FINISH LASTS AROUND 4
MONTHS, allowing layers of toffee sweetness and
soft spice to develop without overpowering the spirit.
The result is a SMOOTH, BALANCED WHISKY, where fresh fruit meets mellow vanilla and a delicate, lingering sweetness from the meeting of two worlds.
SOFT & MELLOW
NOSE
Fresh, crisp green fruit with vanilla, toasted oak and a hint of delicate spice. A dusting of icing sugar on lightly poached pears.
TASTE
The palate is beautifully soft and mellow with sweet barley sugar and crystallised honey.
FINISH
A lingering sweet oak finish.
