Matured in a selection of fortified wine casks and finished with LARK’s signature smoked water, this silky, full-flavoured whisky delivers a rich, layered profile that is both bold and elegant.

Opening with aromas of lemon shortbread, wild strawberry, and blackcurrant jam, the palate unfolds into berry custard, espresso gelato, dark chocolate-covered cherries, and sticky figs, finishing with lingering notes of peach crumble, almond meringue, toasted marzipan, and soft honey.
