In 1940 a very special bottle of barrel-aged bourbon was brought on a wild turkey hunt. The name stuck and still signifies exceptional, aged bourbon today. Master Distiller Eddie Russell honours this tradition by ageing our bourbon longer - from five up to eight years - in number four 'alligator char' American oak barrels. Wild Turkey Bourbon has a deep yet soft aroma with classic bourbon characteristics of sweetness and corn, and a flavour that evokes traditional caramel and vanilla.
